Chorz is a domestic staffing company founded by Jill Wilpon in 2011. Jill spent almost 20 years in the executive search and corporate staffing funtions including Korn/Ferry International, Goldman Sachs and Marsh Inc. Jill established Chorz as she saw a need for an experienced mom to help other mothers and families identify talent for their homes in the tri-state area, with a focus on Manhattan.

  • She works with families who have varying needs whether it's weekend or weekday, live-in or live-out, part-time or full-time basis.
  • After doing an intake with the family of their needs, Jill meets and screens candidates. She performs reference checks and when possible, performs background check.
